AURAE

The duo Aurae, named after the Greek goddess of the light wind, presents a classical program with a highly personal twist. They look for common ground between classical and traditional music. Starting with Western classical anchors, they then take the Southern rhythms for a spin and mix in some traditional Eastern European melodies. All works are unique arrangements for voice and accordion. 

 

An-Sofie Moons is a classical soprano who completed her training with programs in France, Germany, Italy and Portugal. With her crystal clear voice she adds color to everything she brings. More info: www.ansofiemoons.com.

 

Sebastian Enriques has been on stage since 2009 and turns his instrument into an agile satellite dish, brittle and fragile, then playful and virtuoso.
